  Sure every now and then I've waited for a little longer than one might like, but their genuinely invested in their customers... Last year I was a lot sicker then we thought and when my test results came back clear, although I said I'll head back home and rest a few more days, it was Dr Mary who noted that I wasn't looking very well, and as much as I wasn't going to like what was about to be said, I was told that it was be irresponsible of her if she allowed me to leave unless it was straight up to hospital and offered to book an Uber, taxi or ambulance unless I could have family or a friend collect me. It turnes out that I not only had phenomena, but also a large abyss in my right lung... I was discharged from hospital 9 days later and able to get back to work 2 and a half weeks after I was discharged. Almost a month off work in total. Clearly I am no where near as important as these exclusive, executive, high flyers that don't have or aren't willing to even set-aside time for their sick children and are that self-centred and concerned with their time instead of worrying about their children. But that's not any of my business. I know that having a full time role and my own team to worry about (even when sick in bed) hardly qualifies me for the level of greatness you have managed ed to achieve, but at least I've got patients and an understanding that things take time.

  Called for a prescription & said i had to come in. I asked how long the wait was... Receptionist said 20 mins.. I'm sitting here now and the 20 minute mark passed 20 minutes ago.
