  shocking service. My husband was accused of bringing in a fraudulent prescription. We had just left the hospital after my 4yr old had his tonsils, adenoids out and grommets put in. The head nurse had written us the prescription for pain relief medication. It was around 6.30 at night, we stopped to get meds prior to going home. They said they didn't stock it so we thought we would try other chemist in the morning. We rang around and could not find any chemist that had this and decided to get pain stop which is an over the counter Med. My husband went back to starchem and was flat out accused of bringing in a fake prescription the night before. Even when told to ring the hospital to verify the authenticity - the pharmacist would not have it. We are genuine customers and to be treated this way is inexcusable. I will never set foot in that chemist again. Disgraceful service is an absolute understatement for this place. Horrendous.

  Absolut asswholes! Do not waste your time and money in that place! They sold me the wrong product after I've showed them the box of my old one and they gave me a different brand repeatedly saying "is exactly the same thing except different brand". I opened it after I payed and it wasn't at all what I wanted and when I asked for a refund they became very aggressive and rude and started to talk amongst themselves in Arabic". At one point the idiot behind the counter (that barely spoke proper English) began throwing the empty bag in my face saying "take it and leave"! Such disgusting staff ! Absolutely no regard for the customer and actually carrying for good service! All they want is to take your money and if there's any issues you are treated like nothing! Well guess what? They just lost few customers as neither me or my family wil ever go there again! Get proper trained staff who have knowledge of your products before you sell them to the public and if you make a mistake take responsibility for it instead of trying to rip off the customers !!!
